What is a preceptor?

Pharmacist preceptors are pharmacists licensed in Texas to practice pharmacy who meet the requirements under board rules and are recognized by the board to supervise and be responsible for the activities and functions of a pharmacist-intern in an internship program (Board rule 283.2 - Definitions).
